If there is a mistake in your order, please let us know so that it can be replaced immediately at no cost to you.

If for some reason you are not happy with your order and would like to exchange the products or get your money back please let us know. Changes are accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were originally sent, accompanied by the retail receipt. In this case, you are responsible for the shipping and return costs. No changes are made to personalized items and special orders.
