Shipping policy

Pitsy Ricky cooperates with the courier company BCS (www.bcscourier.gr) and BOX NOW, for shipments within Greece. Once we have received and confirmed your payment, your order is dispatched to the address you have provided within 4 working days. If you need it sooner please contact pitsyricky@gmail.com or 6977587347, before ordering, so we can consider a more immediate shipment. A change of the delivery address cannot be made if the order has already been shipped by us.

Delivery times:

For Attica: 1-2 working days

For the rest of Greece: 2-4 working days

For hard-to-reach areas, about 2 working days more

In case of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, remote islands, etc.), we will contact you.

Shipping charges:

* For orders over €60.00 shipping is free *

For Greece: 

BOX NOW is 2 euros

Courier is 3.50 euros, cash on delivery is 5.50 euros.

Shipping to Cyprus and foreign countries is by arrangement and free shipping does not apply.

Once you proceed with the deposit, you will need to inform us by e-mail pitsyricky@gmail.com or by phone at 6977587347, in order to proceed with the shipment of your order. In case of payment from a different bank, you are charged for the transfer fee.
